About The Lunz Group
The Lunz Group is a client oriented national architectural firm headquartered in Lakeland, Florida committed to providing quality professional services. We ensure that these are not only of the highest quality but also effectively and efficiently communicated. We have a comprehensive approach to successfully completing master planning, building design, construction and renovation work based on our years of experience with a variety of projects on collegiate campuses, regional schools and city, county and federal governments.
Edward G. Lunz, AIA, established the firm in 1987, after concluding a successful twelve-year partnership with the Smith-Lunz Group. In 2005, a new division, LPF Interiors, was launched to continue the concept of a holistic approach to design. The staff of this firm now includes Ed Lunz, AIA, Daniel Fowler, AIA and Bradley Lunz, AIA as principals; additional registered Staff Architects, Graduate Architects, Interior Designers, Technical Personnel, Construction Coordinators, and Administrative staff.
Built with a staff of all degreed professionals, The Lunz Group has successfully designed and managed over 200 million dollars of work over the past five years. With completed work in over 28 states and the District of Columbia, The Lunz Group has a national presence while maintaining the adaptability and resiliency of a boutique firm. Our size allows us to handle several projects simultaneously with ease, but we are also compact enough to provide personal, professional, and timely service to each of our clients. Our staff also maintains additional certifications and professional affiliations beyond professional licensure. Some of these certifications include registered contractor, Green Globes, CxA (building commissioning agent), and LEED APs.
The Lunz Group has a diverse portfolio of award winning design experience. Our projects are designed using a process built on four core values: communication, collaboration, composition and sustainability. These core values provide a clear and concise framework for the exchange and implementation of ideas.
