About The Lunz Group
The Lunz Group is a full-service architectural firm located in Central Florida. We have decades of design experience in municipal, healthcare, workplace and higher education, as well as other markets. We use a value-based, client-centered design process that is inclusive of all parties from the onset of a project.
After concluding a successful twelve-year partnership with the Smith-Lunz Group, Edward Lunz established the firm in 1987 in Lakeland, Florida. In 2005, a new division, LPF Interiors, was launched to continue the concept of a holistic approach to design. A second generation of leadership started when Bradley T. Lunz, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, GGP was named President in 2014.
In 2016, The Lunz Group acquired Graham Design Associates in Dunedin, FL. Graham Design Associates was originally founded in 1981. In 2003, its office location moved to downtown and has been a staple on Main Street since that time. With the acquisition of Graham Design Associates, The Lunz Group retained the leadership of Jim Graham and its Dunedin office location, maintaining an almost 25-year presence in the Dunedin community. In 2017, our firm has opened its newest office location in Celebration, Florida, making us better able to serve our clients throughout the central Florida region.
Built with a staff of 20 degreed professionals, our team includes Mr. Bradley Lunz, AIA, Mr. Edward Lunz, AIA, as principals; Andrew Pavalis as the Dunedin studio director; Timothy Wagoner as the Celebration studio director; nine licensed Architects; and additional staff composed of Graduate Architects, Technical Personnel, Construction Coordinators and dedicated Administrative staff. Our team also maintains additional certifications and professional affiliations beyond professional licensure including three LEED APs, one Green Globes Professional, and one certified contractor. Not only that, but our team members are invested in our communities as well, serving on various committees, community boards and chairing local organizations for numerous causes and community development efforts.
The Lunz Group has successfully designed and managed more than $275 million of work over the past three years. Throughout our growth in recent years, we have continued to maintain our adaptability and service of a boutique firm . Our size and locality to our projects allows us to provide personal, professional, and timely service to each of our clients, while also allowing us to handle several projects simultaneously and with ease between our offices.
Our projects are designed using a process built around our four core values: communication, collaboration, composition and sustainability. These provide a clear and concise framework for the exchange and implementation of ideas.
