Timothy Wagoner, AIA, NCARB joined The Lunz Group in 2017. Tim has over 22 years experience and has worked on 25 campuses in Florida over the past 20 years providing architectural solutions for public and private universities and colleges. He is a registered architect in the state of Florida and a member of the Tampa Bay American Institute of Architects. Tim’s experience includes nearly every program and space found on a campus including: STEM facilities, academic spaces, computer labs, testing centers, student services, libraries, offices, recreation, physical plants and many other spaces. He received his Master of Architecture from the University of Florida and is Bachelors of Fine Arts from there as well. He has designed 2 million+ square feet of higher educational projects and every one of those designs aimed to fulfill the academic mission of the institution.
