LEED Accredited Principal at Lunz Prebor Fowler Architects - Victor M. Prebor, a principal at Lunz Prebor Fowler Architects, recently passed the national exam for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accreditation.

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, or LEED, Green Building Rating System was established by the United States Green Building Council as an industry standard for energy-efficient and "green" design. LEED-accredited professionals can help you implement energy-saving technologies in both new construction and existing facilities.  Although the capital costs may be greater, the return in investment and long-term comfort of the occupants can be substantial.  New developments in building materials, systems, and strategies can result in significant monetary savings, while also reducing our impact on the environment.

Interior Design Division - Our design philosophy, with regard to building design, has always striven to comprehensively integrate the interior environment with the architectural envelope.  Increasingly, however, the demand for interior services exclusive of architectural services and the availability of a wider range of interior products, has afforded us an opportunity to launch a new division of Lunz Prebor Fowler Architects.  LPF Interiors, while new in name only, is staffed by trained and licensed Interior Designers, and continues the concept of a holistic approach to design.
