Edward Lunz started the company in 1987 after completing a successful 10 year partnership in the Smith-Lunz Group. He went on to build Lunz Prebor Fowler Architects (formerly Lunz and Associates, Inc.), into the largest architecture studio in Polk County. The company was recently the only Polk County firm ranked by The Business Journal, a publication covering the Hillsborough, Hernando, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee, and Sarasota areas.
Victor Prebor joined the firm in 1987 and, as well as, pursuing his love of architecture for the past 27 years, he has been active in the community as an artist. It is this artists perspective that forms the basis of Mr. Prebor's approach to architectural design.
Dan Fowler's penchant for preserving the past has led him to become the expert on the rehabilitation of the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Florida Southern Campus here in Lakeland. In partnership with a London based engineering firm, he has found new ways to restore and upgrade many of Wright's original designs. Dan has been a part of Lunz Prebor Fowler Architects since 1992 and a practicing architect for the past 22 years.
