Carole Philipson Joins The Lunz Group as Director of Business Development

LAKELAND, FL: Carole Philipson has joined The Lunz Group, a national architectural and interior design firm, as the Director of Business Development.

Carole joins the Healthcare team to provide leadership in developing the Healthcare market sector, a growing vertical for The Lunz GroupHaving spent the majority of her professional career as the former Vice President of three major health systems, as well as consulting for major academic medical centers, Carole brings more than 35 years of knowledge in hospital administration, operations, emergency preparedness, safety and security and more. With her she also brings experience in facilities master planning, site selection, construction, contractor selection and land purchasing.  

Carole is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She also currently serves as Chair Elect of the Board of Directors of Lakeland Vision, Board Chair of Goodwill Industries – Suncoast. She is also a member of Downtown Lakeland Kiwanis and a trustee of the Lakeland Police Pension Board. Carole has served previously on the boards of the Lakeland Mid-Town Community Redevelopment Agency and the Lakeland Enterprise Zone, USF Poly Campus Board, USF Foundation Board, and Central Florida Healthcare, among others 

Based out of the firm’s Lakeland – Lake Morton office, Carole will focus on forming new client relationships, identifying new opportunities and recommending teaming strategies for projects within the Healthcare market.
