Studio Coordinator

The Lunz Group is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual that thrives in a creative and collaborative setting to join our team in our Lakeland Office. We are in search of Studio Coordinator with 1-3 years’ experience to provide administrative support to our Project Architects and Project Managers. This person will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks from office support to project specific assistance. The ideal person would be collaborative, task-oriented and organized.

Requirements of Studio Coordinator:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare and process client billing
  • Assist Project Architect and Project Managers as needed
  • Complete miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively among team members and clients.

Responsibilities of Studio Coordinator:

  • Assist leadership through all phases of a project from design through construction administration.
  • Establish and manage project production, budgets and schedules.
  • Provide internal leadership for team and consultant meetings.
  • Create and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage ambiguity and complex issues.
  • Communicate effectively among team members and clients.

Qualification of Project Architect:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge and skills for working with Dell Computers
  • Prioritizes tasks and manages time adequately
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
  • Observant, self-motivated with a certain amount of follow-through
