Programming, design, construction documents, furniture bidding and acquisition, and construction administration for The Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center. Spaces include: business office, reception/waiting area with separate kids’ waiting area, treatment rooms, sound booths, offices with attached observation rooms for family, training areas, community room, staff lounge and secure file space.
Some considerations for the space were sound isolation from public to private spaces, separating the older people from the young children, providing space for parents to watch their children during therapy and providing a back of house corridor for staff to access the business office.
